About Us
Nikki Sharpe, a qualified solicitor and social entrepreneur, established the
'Youth Can Achieve' brand in 2008 to provide a platform to engage with
vulnerable young people.
Youth Can Achieve Ltd. focuses on bringing together inspirational personalities
who have achieved success through adversity, to engage with and empower
disadvantaged young people, providing practical advice, knowledge and
information to support achievement of career aspirations.
Programmes of training cater from 7-15, 15-19 and 20-30 years.
Youth Can Achieve Ltd. delivers support through bespoke and targeted
conferences, events and workshops. Each one-day conference involves a
combination of presentations by inspirational personalitiesand workshops where
young people can discuss their ambitions and talk through the practical steps
they need to achieve to realise their aspirations.
Using innovative engagement strategies, such as sport and the arts, encourage
active participation and support disadvantaged young people to make the most
of their unique skills, education and talents.

It is our belief that bringing these people together will help the overall goal of Youth Can Achieve, to inspire and motivate disadvantaged young people across the UK.
